Our septic tank moulds are designed for the complete rotational moulding process:
Measured polyethylene powder is loaded into the mould.
The mould sections are securely clamped.
The mould rotates on multiple axes while heating, allowing the polymer to coat the mould surface uniformly.
Controlled cooling solidifies the tank while maintaining its shape.
The finished septic or underground tank is carefully removed from the mould.
Engineered rib profiles can improve the rigidity of large underground tank structures.
Manhole dimensions and positions can be customized according to the tank drawing.
Moulds can be developed for small, medium and large-capacity underground tanks, with published models extending up to approximately 25,000–40,000 litres, depending on configuration.
